Welcome to Roatan! If you are one of the lucky ones to stop off at the Port of Roatan, you are in for a treat. This tiny island of 37 miles long and 1 mile wide is protected from the 2nd largest barrier reef system in the world and covered by miles upon miles of pure white sand beaches. The best way to see the island is with one of the many tours available to you by Bay Island Airways. These tours will fit into your tight schedule that you will be on and will work with any other activities that you may have planned...such as snorkeling, dining, and laying on the beach. If you book an aerial tour, we guarantee your satisfaction. You will see the reef system and stunning difference in the water colors. You will also see an abundance of wildlife such as sting rays, Cayman Crocodiles, sharks, and occasionally...a wild pod of dolphin and whale sharks. You will view the small villages of the locals and popular hot spots the island is so widely know for. We fly very slow and low, so your pictures and video will last a lifetime for you. We are currently working on our 2007/2008 cruise ship schedule. We expect to be operating out of Barefoot Cay and Fantasy Island Resort on those days. If you will not be at one of those resorts, please give us call or email us and we will work your flight into our schedule.
